Shipping & Delivery

Products are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of order and are sent on 1st class recorded delivery.

*Holiday period* Shipping schedules will be announced accordingly, please check our cover page and Instagram for specific details.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at your chosen delivery address.

If you are not at home during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. If you are not there to sign for your order, the courier will leave a telephone number for you to call to make alternative delivery arrangements. 

Please note, for international delivery, you the customer may have to pay custom/excise fees on your orders.

 

RETURNS POLICY

All sales are final.

However, If your product was damaged during delivery or found to be defective, please return with receipt within 10 days for exchange. 

Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
